CLEANING CHECKLIST & EXTRA CHARGES
EVERY TIME
BATHROOM
- Bathtubs, Showers, Shower Doors and Tiled walls cleaned and disinfected.
- Sinks, Countertops and Backsplashes cleaned and disinfected.
- Clean and sanitize toilets and/or bidets inside and out. Wipe by hand behind toilets and bidets.
- Clean and Polish Chrome and other Metal fixtures.
- Mirrors
- General Dusting
- Sweep, Mop and disinfect floors including corners.
- Carpets Vacuumed
- Empty all garbage cans.
KITCHEN
- Counters and Backsplashes cleaned and
disinfected. - Refrigerator, Microwave and other Appliances wiped.
- Range Hood wiped.
- Drip Pans cleaned.
- Scour Sink and polish Chrome.
- Clean the exterior of the Range.
- General Dusting
- Floor washed and disinfected including corners.
- Empty all garbage cans.
GENERAL INTERIORS:
LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, BEDROOM
- Dust all surfaces with a damp cloth.
- Clean and Shine all glass tables and mirrors.
- Vacuum empty closet floors.
- Vacuum the floors and stairs.
- Wash the floor including corners.
- Empty all garbage cans.
- Inside of Sliding glass doors wiped from
fingerprints. - Inside of the Front door glass wiped from
fingerprints.
EVERY OTHER TIME
EXTENDED BATHROOM
- Scrub down all tiles and/or fiberglass in tub/shower area.
- Remove soap build-up from tile, grout and corners.
- Clean glass shower doors inside/outside and shined.
- Clean shower head.
- Any mildew treated with chemical.
- Remove Cobwebs from light fixtures and corners of the walls.
- Cabinets thoroughly wiped down, cabinet knobs disinfected.
- Spot clean doors for fingerprints.
- Wipe window sills and tracks.
- Dust baseboards.
- Door knobs wiped and sanitized.
- Door ledges dusted.
EXTENDED KITCHEN
- Wipe the Window Sills.
- Remove Cobwebs.
- Dust Ceiling Fans.
- Cabinets thoroughly wiped down and knobs disinfected
- Dust Baseboards
- Door ledges dusted and wiped for fingerprints.
- Door knobs disinfected.
- All Kitchen furniture hand wiped.
GENERAL INTERIORS:
LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, BEDROOM
- Dust the lampshades.
- Dust the ceiling fans.
- Wipe the window sills.
- Vacuum the furniture or wipe with a damp cloth.
- Lift picture frames and knick-knacks and wipe.
- Mini Blinds dusted.
- Remove Cobwebs.
- Door ledges dusted and wiped for fingerprints.
- Door knobs disinfected.
- Dust Baseboards.
- Picture Frames dusted.
EXTRA CHARGES
KITCHEN
- Clean oven inside (Please run Self-Cleaning Ovens the night before)
- Clean microwave inside
- Clean refrigerator inside
- Remove all items from kitchen cabinets, clean inside and replace all items
- Clean area above kitchen cabinets and decorator items displayed there
- Scrub Floor by Hand
BATHROOM
- Clean inside empty bathroom cabinets and drawers
- Remove all items from bathroom cabinets, clean inside and replace all items
- Scrub Floor by Hand
LAUNDRY
- Clean under Washing Machine Lid
- Wash sheets (per set) $5.00
- Laundry per normal load. $5.00
- The amount of laundry done depends on the size of the home and time allotted for cleaning.
- Any laundry requiring extra time will be billed at $10.00 per load.
- Please place loads in piles: 1 pile = 1 load, 2 piles = 2 loads; we will not overload the machine.
MISCELLANEOUS
- Make Beds
- Clean under beds
- Clean door frames
- Clean interior and exterior French doors
- Clean interior and exterior sliding glass doors
- Clean out fireplace (Must not have been in use for at least 3 days)
- Dust Wood blinds
- Dust air vents
- Polish wood paneling with wood polish or polish provided by client
- Polish silverware (silver polish to be provided by client)
- Remove books from bookshelves and clean shelves, and then replace books
- Wash out all wastebaskets and replace wastebasket liners
- Broom sweep porch/patio/balcony (please circle your choice)
- Broom sweep garage
- Vacuum Drapes or Curtains
- Remove shoes etc. from the closets, vacuum or wash the floor, and then replace.
