How can I get Service started?

It’s as easy as Submitting your information on the website oe giving us a call.

The first thing Tatyana will visit your home to discuss your individual cleaning needs, and to give you a free estimate.

Tatyana will provide you with a comprehensive list of our wide range of services, so that you may choose what you’d like us to do for you.

Together we will create a work order tailored to your specific requests, and you will be provided with a copy. This is not a contract, but merely another way to guarantee you our personalized, consistent, and timely service.

How much tip should I leave for my cleaning Lady?

Most clients tip any where between $10-$30. Any extra amount that is included with your payment will go to your cleaning Lady.

How much does the house cleaning cost?

Your cleaning rate depends on a home’s condition, square footage, and other factors. No matter your cleaning needs, Cinderellas MaidService creates a customized plan that fits your budget. 

What if my regular scheduled cleaning is every other week and I skip a week?

If your regular scheduled cleaning is every other week and you skip a cleaning, your house will be cleaned once that month. This will result in a charge for a monthly scheduled cleaning rate that month. Then you will go back to your regular scheduled cleaning and rate of every other week.

What if I accidentally lock you out but still need my house cleaned?

We urge all customers to ensure a definite means of home entry to eliminate additional fees. If your cleaning lady is unable to enter your home upon arrival we charge a $50 lock-out fee. Remember, your housekeeper is exclusively reserved for your appointment. We cannot guarantee to return the same day if we have been locked out.

What if I need to change the cleaning day?

Simply call or email to let us know ASAP if you want to keep your regular cleaning lady when you reschedule. Remember, your regular cleaning lady is reserved exclusively for your house cleaning. $50 for cancellation fee if not notified within 24 hours. Please provide 48 hours notice to avoid any cancellation/rescheduling fees.

Who will be cleaning my home?

Depending on your location, Tanya will dedicate one main cleaning lady and another as a backup if your main cleaning lady takes sick days or vacation days off. If needed Tanya also will come clean as a backup.

What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning service?

If you are home during our visit please complete a final walkthrough with your housekeeper and inspect our work. Please point out any concerns at this time. Your housekeeper will correct those issues at no additional charge. Dismiss your housekeeper when you are completely satisfied as we do not offer refunds nor credits. If you were not home and you are not satisfied with our home cleaning service, simply notify us within 24 hours. We will re-clean the area at no additional charge, providing you did not cap the maximum time to be spent in your home.

How do you get in my home?

Most people give us a code for garage or front door to access the home. If you don’t have that you can purchase a lockbox and keep the key inside and give us the code. We do not take any keys with us!


Do I need to be home?

No, you don’t need to be home if you wish to be gone during the appointment.  Most of our customers entrust us with garage code or Front door code or lockbox code. Otherwise, you can provide us with another method of access to your home and we’ll lock up when we leave. We do not take any keys with us!

What time will Cinderella’s MaidService be at my house?

Our normal workdays are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We will make every effort to meet your needs.

What products do you use?

We have a variety of products and eco-friendly products, as well as ones to successfully get the job done. We can also use your products if you wish.

How should I prepare for my cleaning?

Prior to our arrival we request that you pick up toys, clothes, and other clutter. If you have pets, please find them a comfortable spot to stay in. As for cleaning materials and equipment, we will be providing our own so you don’t have to worry about them.

Will the cleaning price change if I have a new pet addition to our home?

This will depend on the type of pet. Non-shedding pets will not effect the price but shedding dogs and cats will bring your price up by $5-$15 depending on your cleaning frequency.

Do I have to contact Cinderella’s MaidService if I have construction or remodeling done in my home?

Yes. After construction or any remodeling like changing floors, extra fee will be applied to cover extra time for your cleaning.
